Welcome, and thank you for choosing STAY Residential. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to read through our Terms and Conditions.

  1. Booking and Payment
    – Full payment is required at the time of booking through any platforms.
    By completing a booking, guests agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
  2. Security Deposit
    – A €50 per night security deposit is required.
    – This deposit will be returned from our side within 24 hours after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or breaches of house rules.
    – Please note: While we process the refund promptly, banks typically take 3–5 business days to return the funds to your account.
  3. Check-In / Check-Out
    – Check-in: After 3:00 PM
    – Check-out: By 12:00 PM
    – Early check-in and late check-out may be subject to additional fees unless previously agreed upon.
  4. House Rules
    – No smoking inside the property.
    – No parties or events.
    – No pets unless approved in advance.
    – Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
    – Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
  5. Damages and Liability
    – Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
    – Costs for repairs or replacements due to damage, theft, or excessive mess will be deducted from the security deposit, and additional charges may apply if the cost exceeds the deposit.
  6. Cancellation Policy
    – Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
    – If you cancel within 24 hours of check-in or do not show up, you will be charged for the full stay.
  7. Compliance with Danish Laws
    – All guests are required to comply with Danish laws and local regulations.
    – Any illegal activity will be reported to authorities and will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
  8. Force Majeure
    – We are not liable for any disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or governmental restrictions.
